Terms & conditions

Prices & orders

Our prices are in SEK and include Swedish VAT. The minimum order value is SEK 199. Payment can be made via Swish, credit/debit card, invoice or instalments. Please note that we charge in SEK and include Swedish VAT. If you choose to view the price in another currency, it is approximate.

Do you live and shop outside the EU? We recommend that you check your country's customs regulations and any additional fees before placing your order. Local fees from your country's customs authority may be added at your expense.

Delivery

We pack and ship orders daily. This means that if you live in Sweden, you will usually receive your goods within 2-5 working days. For other EU countries we need a few days more. We use Postnord, Early Bird, DB Schenker and DHL as carriers. Smaller shipments can be delivered directly to your mailbox or door, while larger shipments are picked up after notification at your nearest parcel agent. 

Shipping costs are currently as follows: Sweden FREE SHIPPING. We offer free return shipping. Within the EU 99 SEK. We offer free return shipping. Europe outside EU 199 SEK. 

Right of withdrawal, open purchase & returns

We offer a 30-day open purchase/right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. For underwear, the right of withdrawal only applies if the packaging is unbroken, for health and hygiene reasons.

You can try the product at home and return it if you are not completely satisfied. Return shipping is free when you use the enclosed return slip and address label. The product must be in its original condition, with original labels and packaging. Please return the item as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase. We usually refund within 14 days of you notifying us that you wish to cancel the purchase. If you want to exchange sizes, please place a new order. 

Complaints

You can feel confident about your purchase. If there is something wrong with the item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help you resolve the issue. You have the right to complain about a faulty item for up to three years from the date of purchase. If your complaint is approved, we will cover all costs incurred, including return shipping.

We will first offer repair or a new equivalent item, and secondly a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

To complain about an item, please contact our customer service by email at [email protected]. Please include your order number and a description of the fault. Please feel free to send pictures.

Unclaimed parcels

If you do not collect your parcel, the agent will return it to us. If the parcel is not collected and you have not notified us, we may charge a fee corresponding to our actual costs for shipping, administration and handling (currently SEK 250).

Payment by debit and credit card

Payment by debit and credit card is made via established and secure payment solutions. We do not store any credit card details. Your credit card number is not printed on any invoice, list or other paper document, which means that none of our employees have access to it. All necessary information from you is processed in the transaction with banks via secure lines.

Your personal privacy is important to us. This privacy policy explains how Alice & Fay AB (AliceDot.) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit our website, shop in our online store or contact our customer service. 

1. Data controller 

Alice & Fay AB (AliceDot.) is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data that you provide to us when you use our services, for example:

  • Name, address and contact details (telephone, email).
  • Order information and payment details.
  • IP address and information about how you use our website (via cookies).
  • Any messages you send to our customer service.

3. Why we process and collect data (purpose)

  • To handle your order and delivery.
  • To communicate with you, e.g. order confirmation, delivery notifications and customer service.
  • To handle payments and invoicing, as well as refunds for returns.
  • To comply with legal requirements (e.g. the Accounting Act).
  • To improve our website and services.
  • To send newsletters and offers (when you have consented to this).

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal grounds under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) 

  • Contract: to fulfill our contract with you, e.g. to deliver your order. 
  • Legal obligation: to comply with legal requirements, e.g. accounting rules.
  • Legitimate interest: to improve our services and prevent abuse.
  • Consent: when you voluntarily sign up for newsletters or accept cookies.

5. Storage period

We store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as we are required to do so by law. 

  • Customer data is stored for up to 3 years after purchase for complaint purposes. 
  • Data required under the Accounting Act is stored for 7 years. 
  • Email addresses relating to newsletter subscriptions are stored until you choose to unsubscribe.

6. Sharing of data


We only share personal data with trusted partners when necessary.
 All providers are personal data processors with whom we have personal data processing agreements. We never sell your data to third parties.

  • Payment service providers (e.g. Qliro, Klarna, Stripe) to handle payments.
  • Shipping companies (e.g. Early Bird, PostNord, DHL, DB Schenker) to deliver your orders.
  • IT providers for the operation, support and security of our website. 



7. Cookies

We use cookies to improve your experience on our website, analyse traffic and sometimes show relevant offers. You can change your settings in your browser.

8. Your rights under the GDPR 

You have the right to:

  • Obtain information about what personal data we process.
  • Request a register extract (free of charge once a year).
  • Request correction of incorrect data.
  • Request deletion of your data (under certain conditions). 
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Withdraw consent when processing is based on consent. 
  • Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority (IMY).
